Rates are calculated based on season and number of persons, starting at $100.00USD per night.

The Landlord does NOT allow pets. If the Tenant is found to have pets on the Premises, your Rental Agreement shall be forfeited. ONLY LEGALLY REGISTERED SERVICE ANIMALS ALLOWED.

The apartment is equipped with a modern open concept kitchen, living room, dining room area. Full size refrigerator with freezer, gas range stove with oven, washing machine, hot water, air conditioning, high-speed wifi internet connection, 110 and 220v outlets, dedicated workspace with extra monitor, fire extinguisher, flashlight, 50 inch flatscreen TV in living room, 32 inch flatscreen TV in bedroom 1, hair dryer, toaster, microwave, blender, mixer, coffee maker, electric water kettle, iron, ironing board and a range of other items.

Housekeeping is not included, however the washing machine is available for use.  You are provided with 2 sets of linens, 4 bath towels, washcloths, hand towels and beach towels per room.

Room 1 has a queen size bed and Room 2 has a full size bed both comfortable, spacious and equipped with waterproof mattress protectors as well as pillow protectors and 2 sets of bedding.
